Question: Do you offer any general knife maintenance like sharpening, repair, or provide any repair or replacement parts?

Answer: No. We are an independent dealer and not a repair facility nor do we carry any replacement parts. As far as repairing your knife you should contact Kershaw Knives directly.
 

Question: What is the status of my order?
 
Answer: The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours or less Monday through Friday (less holidays). Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours depending on volume at the warehouse.
 

Question: I did not receive an order confirmation email.
 
Answer: Did you check your spam email folder? If so, and it is still not there please contact us check to see we have your correct email address. Every order does generate an order confirmation email. This is also how you will receive your shipping confirmation as well.
