Handling Information and Charges:
Note: As a company policy The Kershaw Store does not ship to the five boroughs of New York City, but will ship to the rest of New York State.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt, with the majority being within 24 hours or less. We strive to ship all order the same day if received by 12:00 noon EST. (This is dependent upon warehouse volume and may not always be met). Times stated do not include weekends and holidays.
Free Shipping Policy: All orders over $75.00 dollars will ship for free using Priority Mail through the U.S. Post Office. Orders less than $75.00 dollars will ship based on the policy listed below. The $75.00 dollars required for free shipping is based on product only. Shipping charges are not used to determine if your order qualifies for free shipping. This free shipping offer does not apply for UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Saver. UPS Ground will be used for heavier items such as kitchen blocks, some Blade Trader items, and orders with a high dollar value ($300 dollars or higher). The final shipping methods used will be at the discretion of The Kershaw Store. The vast majority of the time we ship as requested. Any order that weights over six (6) pounds will ship using UPS Ground.
USPS Priority Mail Shipment Rates: Starting at only $5.10. Your cost will be displayed in the shopping cart during checkout. Our shipping rates are direct from U.S. Post Office and we do not add anything to the cost. Your shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and zip code where it is being delivered.
Any order weighting 6 pounds or greater will default to a shipping method of UPS Ground

We do ship to all APO/FPO addresses. In short if the US Postal system ships there, so do we.

We can only ship via USPS Priority Mail to all APO/FPO and US Territories addresses.

We can only ship via USPS Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii.

We do reserve the right to ship your order via UPS Ground regardless of the selected shipping method.
