The blade of the Chef’s Knife is made of AUS6A high-carbon, stainless steel. The high-carbon provides a super sharp ‘shaving’ edge to slice with ease. The rigid blade is thick and it won’t buckle under pressure in the kitchen. It also features a unique single-sided blade design, just like a Samurai Sword.

The handle of the Kershaw Chef’s Knife is made from a unique co-polymer made of polypropylene and elastomer. It is soft to the touch and provides a comfortable grip that reduces the chances of hand fatigue when cutting into a particularly tough piece of meat. In addition, the handle is impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent the growth of bacteria. Plus, this knife is easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe and can be slide in with the rest of the dirty dishes.
