The blades are made of AUS6A high-carbon, stainless steel. They‘ll provide you with a ‘shaving sharp‘ edge to really shave or slice your steaks with ease. The rigid blades will not buckle under pressure at the table.

The handles of the Kershaw Steak Knives are all made from a unique co-polymer, polypropylene and elastomer, that is soft to the touch. The co-polymer is designed to provide a comfortable grip that reduces the chances of hand fatigue when cutting into a particularly tough steak. In addition, the handles are impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent the growth of bacteria. They are also easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
