The blade of this little knife is made from 8CR13MoV stainless steel for durability and strength. It’s a blade that will stay sharp and won’t rust from exposure to humid or wet conditions.

To ensure that the blade doesn’t slip Kershaw has equipped the D.W.O. Classic with a Lock Back on the blade. The Lock Back locks the blade into position when it’s fully deployed. So no need to worry about the blade slipping when in use. To release the blade all you need to do is press the spring loaded lock and fold the blade back into place.
