The Kershaw Deluxe Blade Trader kit is filled with six excellent large sized blades for a variety of uses. Keep this kit in your kitchen because you’ll use it every single day!

The kit comes with 2 co-polymer handles and a Cook’s blade, Fish Fillet blade, Carving blade, Bread blade, and Utility blade made of 420J2 stainless steel. There is also a Saw blade made from saw steel. These blades are all durable and highly rust-resistant so you can safely use and soak these blades in the dish water without worrying about corrosion. They’ll help you serve up entire tasty meals for years to come.

Each of the blades in this kit is interchangeable with the two handles that are also included using the Quick-Lock mechanism. The mechanism makes it easy to replace the blades in seconds. Push up the Quick-Lock and slide out the Quick-Lock mechanism on each co-polymer handle and remove the current blade from the ‘bow tie’ setting. Slide your preferred blade into place top edge first. Close the Quick-Lock mechanism and slide the blade back.

Changeable Blades
Grasp the handle with your right hand; with your forefinger, press upwards on the underside of the Quick-Lock mechanism. Then, with your thumb, push the mechanism up into the open position. The blade or tool can be removed from the “bow tie” and a new blade or tool seated onto the “bow tie” (when seating the blade or tool onto the “bow tie” make sure to guide it into place top edge first, if you attempt to start with the bottom edge of the blade or tool the locking mechanism may not return to its down position). Complete the task by returning the mechanism to its closed (down) position.
