The handle can handle a beating with strong impact resistance and rust resistance.

Blade deployment is easy with the new one handed, index-finger opening system that uses a build up of pressure to pop the blade up for easy opening. Once opened the blade locks into place with the locking liner that holds the blade in position. Releasing the blade is easy by simply pressing the spring loaded lock.
