I own several products from Kershaw and wanted a low cost speed assist folder for work purposes. I was using my leek which is a great knife but the black coat was wearing off as it was in a pocket I am forced to also have a set of keys for work. The nylon handle will not wear in finish. I switched the pocket clip so as the blade is pointed down in pocket. For the money the quality is excellent. It may have been made in china but so what the quality is present that I wanted and the feel is right. I may buy another for a family member. Only way I can think of an improvement would be some file work on back of blade for control, I can do that myself.

It still seems to be up to Kershaw's standards. I was sorry to see that it was made in China. I guess I missed that when I ordered it. Could have sworn it was made in the USA the first time I looked. My mistake.
