The new R.A.M. 1910 from Kershaw is an example of what’s to come. This handy knife is designed by Grant & Gavin Hawk, two guys who just happen to be the inventor’s of the Hawk Lock. The R.A.M. features this new patent pending safety element. The Hawk Lock is both secure and easy to operate with a convenient thumb switch on the side handle of the blade.

Made in the USA, the R.A.M. is a classic utility knife. Its blade is Sandvik 13C26 stainless steel. The handle is 6061-T6 anodized aluminum with a comfortable G-10 overlay on the front and back. This knife provides heavy duty cutting power with a secure grip in even wet weather.

The R.A.M. features the easy one handed index finger opening system. Both lefties and righties can open this blade one handed. There is also a convenient reversible/removable pocket clip. This clip includes a wheel lock to secure and seat the clip while in your pocket. You’ll also love the limited lifetime warranty that comes with the R.A.M.

A secure Hawk-lock holds the blade in place securely when closed. No need to worry about the blade slipping out of place. When you are done using the knife you can simply press the spring loaded lock found on the handle to release the blade for easy folding back into the handle.
