| 1596 - Spec Bump from Kershaw and Ken Onion, Black G10 Handle, Black Plain Edge Blade
|
Talk about a cool looking knife! The Spec Bump Knife from Kershaw and Ken Onion makes for an excellent knife for anyone, including fishermen. This black handled knife is ergonomically designed for easy hold. Plus it features three dimensional texturing for a very secure grip in wet or slippery conditions. It also has a convenient lanyard hole.
The Spec Bump blade is coated in non-reflective black Tungsten DLC. Underneath the blade is made of S30V Stainless Steel. The handle is a 3D-machined G-10 compound, also making it temperature resistant in addition to providing a secure grip.
The Spec Bump provides two great safety features. The Stud Lock allows for easy release of the knife blade when closing it down. While the SpeedSafe assisted opening system allows the user to open the knife ambidextrously, one handed with a simple push. A metal pocket clip is mounted at the pivot of the Spec Bump knife.
Stud Lock Lock release system that is contained entirely in the blade. The knife opens by pulling the kick back like most assisted opening knives today, but the lock release is contained in the blade thumbstud rather than in the handle.
