The handle of the Kershaw Utility Knife is made from a unique co-polymer, polypropylene and elastomer, which is soft to the touch. The co-polymer is designed to provide a comfortable grip that reduces the chances of hand fatigue when cutting into a particularly tough steak. In addition, the handle is impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent the growth of bacteria. Plus, the knife is also easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
