This Whirlwind Knife from Kershaw and Ken Onion is an excellent knife for the outdoorsman or woman. Its larger handle is all weather resistant so you can use it during the coldest winter or the hottest summer. Plus the handle shaped to fit comfortably in the hand and the blade is wider. This knife comes in at a mere 3.5 ounces in weight, about 3 1/2 paperclips!

The Whirlwind blade is made of Sandvik 13C26 stainless-steel making it a good rust resistant blade for the outdoors. The handle is made of molded polyimide for a comfortable and secure grip with a black on black design. It also comes with a removable stainless steel pocket clip for easy carrying.

The Whirlwind comes with the SpeedSafe assisted opening system making it easy to open one handed to allow for quick deployments of the knife. The Whirlwind also features a Locking Liner, which locks the knife blade into position when the blade is fully deployed so there is no slipping when in use.
