K1270 - The Kershaw 7 1/2" Fillet Knife. The blade of the Fillet knife is made of 420J2 stainless steel which is a high carbon stainless steel designed to remain strong, sharp and flexible after repeated uses. The co-polymer handle remains lightweight so even with a seven inch blade the Fillet Knife only comes in at about 2.2 ounces.

K1240 - The Kershaw 7 Step Adjustable Fillet Knife. The blade is made from 420J2 stainless steel and can be adjusted from 5 ½ inches in length to 9 full inches in length. This high carbon stainless steel is long lasting and will keep it’s sharpness after repeated uses.

K1259 - The Kershaw 9.25" Fillet Knife. The blade of the Fillet knife is made of 420J2 stainless steel which is a high carbon stainless steel designed to remain strong, sharp and flexible after repeated uses. The co-polymer handle remains lightweight so even with a nine inch blade the Fillet Knife only comes in at about 3.8 ounces.

K1098AK  - The Kershaw Alaskan Blade Trader Knife. This knife includes three blades; the gut hook, the hunting blade and the saw blade, making it a great knife for a hunter. The Gut Hook blade is made of AUS6A stainless steel and shaped specifically for its purpose. The Hunting blade is made of 420J2 stainless steel and the Saw blade is made from saw steel so you can be certain that it will remain sharp and strong. The handle for all three blades is made from black co-polymer.

K1091CT - The Kershaw Camp Tool Trader Knife. This kit comes with two co-polymer handles, a Cook’s blade, Fish Fillet blade, Saw blade, Spatula, Spoon, Fork, and Cutting Board. The blades, except for the saw blade are made from 420J2 stainless steel. The Saw blade is made from Saw steel. In addition this kit comes safely stowed in a green hunter case.

K1099DBTX - The Kershaw Deluxe Blade Trader Knife. The kit comes with 2 co-polymer handles and a Cook’s blade, Fish Fillet blade, Carving blade, Bread blade, and Utility blade made of 420J2 stainless steel. There is also a Saw blade made from saw steel. These blades are all durable and highly rust-resistant so you can safely use and soak these blades in the dish water without worrying about corrosion.

K1260 - The Kershaw Electric Fillet Knife Set. Made of high-carbon stainless-steel, yet still extremely flexible the blades are also dual action so you can filet super thin flanks of fish. Remove the skin and scales at the same time you are taking the meat from the ribs!

K1096FBTX - The Kershaw Fisherman's Blade Trader Knife. This Fisherman’s Blade Trader comes with one co-polymer handle and two interchangeable Fillet blades made from 420J2 stainless steel. One blade is seven inches and the other is nine inches so you can work on different sized fish with easy maneuverability. The knife kit comes with a convenient black nylon sheath for carrying.

K1094HBTX - The Kershaw Hunter's Blade Trader Knife. This knife comes with a Hunting blade and Saw blade. The Hunting blade is made of 420J2 stainless steel and the Saw blade made of saw steel for extra strength and durability. The handle is made of co-polymer in black. It’s shaped for a comfortable grip and is long lasting. This also comes with a black nylon sheath.

K1079 - The Kershaw Outcast (Plain) Knife. The Outcast is boldly designed to mimic the blade shape of the machete. K1010 - The Kershaw Roughneck Knife (Serrated). This collection of sturdy hunting knives offers great performance at a value price. The full-tang blades are built of high-carbon AUS6A stainless steel for wear resistance, good toughness, and the ability to be sharpened to an exceptionally sharp edge. The co-polymer handles are double injection molded for strength and a secure grip.

K1095SBTX  - The Kershaw Sportsman's Blade Trader. In this series there are three blades, the Hunting blade, Saw blade and the Fillet blade. The Hunting blade and the Fillet blade are both made of 4202 stainless steel. The Saw blade is made of saw steel. The handle for these interchangeable knife blades is made of black co-polymer and a convenient black nylon sheath is also included.
