  • Please contact us first for any order that is incorrect or defective prior to returning the order to our warehouse.
  • If we send out the incorrect item we will make it right. In the event we have to ship out another order due to our error, we may need to charge your credit card for the replacement order including shipping. Once we receive back the first order, you will receive a full refund for the replacement order. When retuning an item and if available please use the original shipping container and provide all documentation that came with the item. 
  • If the item is defective we will replace it as long as it is within 30 days from the purchase date. After that we ask you contact the manufacturer. 
  • We will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date. If you wish to make a return or exchange please inform us what you would like to do and return your order to the address listed below:

  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price. If you are making an exchange with an item of equal or greater value the restocking fee is waived. All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Please do not use a soft style pouch or envelope to return your knives since this does not fully protect the knife and packaging. Please only use a box.
  • If you are making an exchange please return the first order as described above.
  • Prior to returning the first order please go ahead place a new (different) order for the new item(s) you would like to exchange. This will prevent a restocking fee from being charged. If the return is received and a replacement order has not been made, a restocking will be charged. 
  • All returns/exchanges must include all manufacturers' packaging and the item must be 100% resalable as new.  
  • Used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. If any item(s) is returned and not 100% resalable as new a 25% restocking fee will apply. 
  • Please ship your items back to us fully insured with tracking capability. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.  
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it is our error as stated above. 
  • If your order is shipped with a Free Shipping offer, there will be a shipping charge applied if the item is returned. 
  • No returns/exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date. If an order is returned after 30 thirty days from the purchase date without our prior knowledge and approval a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
