Its blade is made from Daido 1K6 high-carbon and stainless steel. It will hold a sharp edge when used against the toughest materials. The blade is brushed to a beautiful finish and you’ll even find the Japanese characters for ‘Wasabi’ embellished on the blade. The sturdy handle is made with polypropylene which makes a contempory statement. In addition the handle is impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent the growth of bacteria when in use.
