Shipping Guide

To assist you in choosing the correct shipping method please see our guide below. 

We Ship to the following countries:  United States, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, and Sweden. If you do not see your country listed, please check with us to see if we are able to ship there by clicking here. Please review our return policy prior to placing your order.

  • Please note that it is you the customer, not The Kershaw Store responsibility to ensure that the knife you have purchased is legal to import into your country. We are unbale to provide any type of a refund if your knife or knives is confiscated by your customs authority. We can only provide a refund in the event we receive the package back, less any shipping cost you paid. 
  • We do not collect any customs or import fees/taxes charged by your country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees. In the event you refuse the package to avoid these fees, a refund can only be supplied if we receive the knife or knives back, less any shipping cost you paid, fess charged to us for receiving back the package, and our standard restocking fee.  In short shipping internationally is expensive, so please make certain you have done your research prior to placing your order.

We now offer Route Package Protection & Visual Tracking:

  • We’ve partnered with Route, a package protection and tracking solution to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route offers a few options to improve the post-purchase experience.
  • Route Protect is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route Protect at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.

  • The Route App allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers–dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.

Processing Times & Shipping Destinations & Restrictions:

  • Shipping point of origin is Jacksonville Florida. 
  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt, with the majority being within 24 hours or less. We strive to ship all orders the same day if received by 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. 
  • If not same day, then the next business day. This is dependent upon warehouse volume and may not always be met.
  • Times stated do not include weekends and holidays.
  • All orders are shipped from Jacksonville FL. 
  • We can only ship via the US Postal system to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, and all U.S. territories. 

Free Shipping Policy:

  • We offer Free Shipping for all orders.
  • All orders receiving free shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail with the exception as listed below.
  • This free shipping offer does not apply for USPS Priority Mail or any FedEx services.
  • FedEx Ground may be used for heavier items and orders with a high dollar value ($300.00 dollars or higher). The final shipping methods used will be at the discretion of The Kershaw Store.
  • The vast majority of the time we ship as requested. Any order that weights over six (6) pounds will ship using FedEx Ground.

Paid Shipping Cost:

  • Your cost will be displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.
  • Our shipping rates are direct from the carriers. Your shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and zip code where it is being delivered.
  • FedEx services only apply for the contiguous 48 US States.
  • FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
  • All P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses will ship via US Mail no matter if it is from free or paid shipping.
  • Purchase any two items and receive a free upgrade to Priority Mail. The Route shipping insurance cannot count as a second item nor does this offer apply for international orders. 
  • Purchase any item with a value of $100 dollars or more and receive a free upgrade to Priority Mail.
  • We will handle everything for you when we process your order for shipping. No coupon codes needed.

U.S. Postal Available Services: Best Value! (Day of shipment does not count towards delivery times)

  • USPS First Class Mail: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days, including Saturday
  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days, including Saturday
  • Please note during the peak mail season in December the delivery times for the US Mail may (not always) get stretched out longer from shipping. Still overall a great value with delivery on Saturday.
  • We do ship to all APO/FPO addresses. In short if the US Postal system ships there, so do we. We can only ship via the US Postal system to all APO/FPO addresses and US territories addresses.

FedEx Available Services: (Day of shipment does not count towards delivery times)

Shipping Notes:

  • Any order weighing over 6 pounds may default to Ground as a shipping method.
  • We reserve the right to change the selected shipping method due to order value and quantity.
  • We reserve the right not to ship any order for any reason and provide a full refund via the method of payment from which it was received.
